Halloween project ideas

Just a couple ideas for a quick Halloween project with items you may already have laying around the house!

Paper plate masks, all you need is a paper plate, scissors, and elastic.  You can use markers, colored paper, or anything else that you could glue on and not too heavy.  Let them design the mask, cut holes for eyes and mouth and attach elastic on both sides to hold the mask on their head.


I know trick-or-treat bags are cheap but it's always fun to make something of your own.  Grab an old pillow case and some fabric paint and away you go!  If you have a light colored pillow case you could even tie dye!  You can even cut holes for handles if you want to get "fancy".
