Antiques

So, I have this vintage plate that my Grandma gave me and I am really trying to find out the value.  There is no manufacturer markings, just a couple numbers and I am having a very hard time researching it.  I was hoping that someone out there had some sort of experience with vintage dinnerware who could help me out! I have post a picture of the front and back.  There are two seperate numbers on the back, a stamped number of 5074 and an engraved number of 9 S 88.  If anyone has any ideas on what these numbers mean or how I can find out, I would greatly appreciate it!  Have a great day!
