Next time you bake cookies, save some for a great ice cream treat to be enjoyed anytime.  Have you noticed the price of ice cream treats in the grocery store lately?  You can make your own for a quarter of the price.  Take two cookies, scoop of ice cream in the middle, put in plastic wrap or a freezer bag, and enjoy anytime.  I'm sure you can come up with a million flavor ideas too!
